FAQ

Cleanout questions we get

How much does a cleanout cost in New Jersey?
Cleanout pricing comes down to volume, weight, access and disposal fees. A garage or single room is very different from a full house with a packed basement. Send photos and we'll give you a real number rather than a per-hour guess.
Do you handle estate and probate cleanouts?
Yes. We clear inherited and probate properties, and anything the family wants kept is set aside before the rest goes. There's more detail on our estate and probate property services page.
Can you do foreclosure or REO trash-outs with documentation?
Yes. For preservation, REO and servicing clients we complete trash-outs and capture before, during and after photos organized per work order.
Do I have to be there for the cleanout?
No. With access arranged we can complete the cleanout while you're away and send photos when it's done — common for out-of-state owners and managed properties.
What happens to the debris?
It's loaded, hauled off and disposed of through proper channels. Nothing is left at the curb for someone else to deal with.
Is the property left clean?
Yes — broom-clean is the standard finish. If the next step is a renovation or a rental turnover, we can carry straight into that work.
