How it works

One list, one crew, one clear price

Send the list — photos help — and we'll scope it, price it and schedule it. Most repair lists get handled in a single visit. We work across Atlantic County, Burlington County, Middlesex County, Monmouth County, Ocean County and the rest of New Jersey, with the most volume in Monmouth and Ocean.

If the list grows into something bigger, it rolls into our full home renovation work. For recurring upkeep see property maintenance, and when a space needs clearing first there's cleanouts and debris removal. If it can't wait, ask about 48-hour priority service, or call (732) 962-3250.

FAQ

Repair questions we get

How small a job will you take?
If it's on a list with a few other items, it's worth a visit. Single tiny tasks are usually better bundled — send everything you need done and we'll price the visit as one job.
Do you charge by the hour or by the job?
We quote the job. You get a scope and a price before work starts, so there's no meter running and no surprise at the end.
Can you handle repairs on a rental between tenants?
Yes — make-ready and turnover work is a large part of what we do: patching, doors and hardware, flooring transitions, fixtures and clearing anything the last tenant left behind.
Do you do exterior repairs too?
Yes. Siding, fascia and soffit repairs, gutters and downspouts, decks, steps, railings, gates, fence sections and storm-damage patchwork and board-up.
What if the repair turns out to be bigger than it looked?
We tell you before we keep going. If a small repair opens into something structural or a scope that needs a licensed trade, you get an honest explanation and a revised number to approve first.
Which New Jersey counties do you cover?
We work across Atlantic County, Burlington County, Middlesex County, Monmouth County, Ocean County and the rest of New Jersey, with the most volume in Monmouth County and Ocean County.
