Demolition services

What our demolition work includes

Interior demolition

Kitchens, baths, basements, walls, flooring and ceilings taken out cleanly and contained.

Selective demolition

Removing only what's coming out while protecting the finishes, systems and structure that stay in place.

Structure & feature removal

Sheds, decks, fencing, interior partitions and other unwanted features removed where appropriate for the property.

Renovation demolition

The tear-out phase of a renovation, sequenced so the build can start on schedule.

Tear-outs

Fast, organized tear-outs for turnovers, rehabs and investor projects.

Construction debris removal

Demolition and construction debris loaded, hauled and disposed of properly as part of the job.

Post-demolition cleanup

The space swept, cleared and ready for the next phase of work.

Scope is confirmed before work begins. Where a project involves work that requires an appropriately licensed trade contractor or a specific permit, that is identified up front and handled through the right channel.

FAQ

Demolition questions we get

Do you do interior demolition only, or full structures?
Most of our work is interior and selective demolition — kitchens, bathrooms, walls, flooring, ceilings and full interior strip-outs — plus removal of smaller exterior structures such as sheds, decks, fencing and interior partitions. Larger structural or full-building demolition that requires a specifically licensed demolition contractor or engineered permit is identified up front and handled through the right channel.
Is debris removal included in the demolition price?
Yes. Loading, hauling and proper disposal of demolition debris is quoted as part of the job unless you specifically want to handle disposal yourself. We do not leave a pile behind for someone else.
How fast can demolition start?
It depends on scope and access, but small interior tear-outs are usually scheduled within days. If the timeline is tight, ask about 48-hour priority service when you call.
What does demolition cost in New Jersey?
Price depends on what is being removed, how much debris it creates, disposal fees and access to the property. We give a written scope and price after seeing the space or clear photos of it — no guessing over the phone and no changing the number later without telling you first.
Do you get permits?
Where a demolition scope requires a municipal permit or a specifically licensed trade, we tell you before work starts and it is handled through the appropriate channel. We do not start work that should have been permitted.
Which parts of New Jersey do you cover for demolition?
We work throughout New Jersey with a focus on Monmouth County and Ocean County, plus Middlesex, Burlington and Atlantic Counties.
